We aim to deliver the best quality range in our products. We take every possible care to describe each item accurately and show it as clearly as we can. If you are not satisfied with a product, we'll do everything we can to deal with the matter to your complete satisfaction.

Brookfield Poultry Equipment (VIc) reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Disclaimer

We believe that we have employed excellent delivery partners who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. But there may be times when despite our best efforts, orders may be delayed in the delivery process.

Please note, we can deliver to Post Office boxes through Australia Post only.

Please be aware our quoted delivery times are approximate only and we are not in control of the item once it leaves our premises.
We will not accept abuse either online or over the phone from any purchaser regarding late shipping and we reserve to block any purchaser we believe has violated this policy.

We aim to get your order to you in a timely fashion but our shipping partners are their own businesses and we will not be held responsible for late delivery.

We do not offer express postage for this reason so if you have chicks hatching tomorrow or eggs needing setting we can't solve your problem in 24hrs. Please plan and order ahead to avoid disappointment.


All goods must be paid for in full before shipment. Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, direct bank deposit, or cheques.

Our Prices

Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.


We make every effort to despatch your order as soon as payment is received.

Generally we state seven (7) working days for you to receive your order.

Shipping and Handling

Please ensure you enter your correct postal address when ordering online. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries being delivered to the wrong address if entered incorrectly.

Items are freighted via Australia Post, TNT or Fastway couriers. Packing and handling is included in your purchase along with GST.

Please note, we can deliver to Post Office boxes through Australia Post only.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Brookfield Poultry Equipment if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If your order has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion, with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please keep the damaged goods until you have discussed with us what we are going to do. It may be that we need to see the goods or that we need to show the damage to our courier company in order to obtain compensation.

Brookfield Poultry Equipment is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning your gift because it is damaged, Brookfield Poultry Equipment will reimburse you with the cost of the postage. Any further reimbursement is at our discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
