How to Order from Brookfield Poultry Equipment

We have a great range of equipment from ceramic eggs to the 270 egg commercial Sportsman Incubator. We distribute our products throughout Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia supplying wholesale and retail clients. To ensure that we get your goods to you as quickly and cheaply as possible, we organise delivery on an order by order basis.

After you place an order with us, we will contact you to let you know how much the shipping will cost and when it will arrive. At that time, we will also organise payment. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, direct bank deposit, postal money orders, cheques and COD.

It is really easy to place an order with us. Use the format below or email us your requirements.

1. Create a Customer Account
2. Select the items and quantities that you would like
3. Click Send and confirm your order
4. We will then contact you to confirm the order, arrange delivery and organise payment.

Create a Customer Account

To order from us, you will need to create a customer account. Your information is completely confidential and we do not ask you to enter any credit card or banking information. Please see our privacy statement for more information.

1. Click on the “Login Button” that is located in the Your Order section of the website. You may also click here to create an account For new accounts, select the “New Account” link. You’ll be asked to enter your name and contact details. Please use an address that can accept deliveries.
   
   For existing accounts, enter your Username and Password and click on the "Log In" button.
2. If you have lost your password, click on the "Lost Password" link. See here for more information on lost passwords.

You are now ready to place an order

Selecting Products

1. Our products are set out into categories. Use the “Order Online” section of our website to navigate through the products. Click on the products to get more information. You can add an item to your order by clicking on the cart buttons. They look like this:
   
2. If you require multiple quantities of an item, enter the amount in the quantity section.
3. The page will refresh and the item will be added to your order. You can update the quantity, or remove the product from the order.
4. If you would like to add other items to your cart, click on the continue shopping link or select another category from the Order Online section.
5. Once you have finished ordering your items, click on the “Send Order” button.
6. You will be asked to review your account information to ensure that the items get sent to the correct address.
7. Click on the “Continue” button once you are satisfied that the information is correct.
8. Review your order and click on the “Complete Order” button. An email will be sent to you confirming your order.

What Happens Next

Brookfield Poultry Equipment will be sent a copy of your order and one of the team will contact you about the best delivery methods and payment.

Once filled, the order will be sent directly to you via the delivery method that you have organised with us

Delivery

It is quite difficult to estimate how much delivery will be. For incubators and brooders, you can expect to pay between $15 – 55 for delivery, depending where you are in Australia. For Sportsman Incubators, we organise TNT quotes for you. Small things go in padded post and express bags which we register and insure. We also use couriers for main town deliveries.

Please note, we cannot deliver by courier to Post Office boxes because it cannot be signed for.
